Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The logistics company FM Logistic as announced the recruitment of 750 employees including 675 on permanent employment contract. About 250 of its current temporary workers will be hired in the framework of the recruitment on permanent positions. The group will recruit for different sites. The main recruitment is for the site of Sauvigny-Sur Clairis (Yonne) with 300 positions. The site will start in December to work for the retailer group Carrefour. The site of Mormant (Seine-et-Marne), working for food industry companies like Mondelez, will recruit 40 employees. The other locations are Château-Thierry (Aisne, 40 positions), Laudin (Gard, 50 positions), Ressons-sur-Matz (Oise, 30 positions), Marolles-sur-Seine (Seine-et-Marne, 30 positions), Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue (Vaucluse, 20 positions), Fontenay-Trésigny (Seine-et-Marne, 10 positions). Over than 350 forklift operators will be recruited and also managers and numerous other positions (directors, engineers, technicians, HR managers and HR officers, other support functions).
