Description
Finnish customer service call centre has initiated employer-employee negotiations aiming to cut up to 60 positions. The reason for the redundancies are less calls to the 118-service, a directory inquiry service for telephone numbers and addresses. In total 155 individuals will be affected by the negotiations. After the internal restructuring to employee will work solemnly with the 118-service.
