European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The call centre company Sykes Sweden is to hire 40 new employees to its call center in Ed, Region of Västra Götaland. New employees will work with customer service and retail. The reason for the expansion of Sykes in Ed is that the company has taken over full responsibility for an order previously shared with a competing company.
Sykes enterprise has a total of 50,000 employees world wide. The ERM most recently reported on the expansion of Sykes Sweden in Kalmar with 150 employees.
