McArthurGlen, a UK-based developer and manager of designer outlet centres, is to hire 850 new employees in two Italian locations: 550 at Serravalle Scrivia (Piedmont region) and another 300 at Noventa di Piave (Veneto region). Following the job creation, the two outlets will reach a total workforce of 2,050 and 1,327 respectively. The company plans to open 70 new stores in Serravalle and another 25 in the Noventa centres by spring 2017. The opening of the new stores follows a total investment of EUR 165 million in expansion works.
