Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Accenture Romania, the local subsidiary of global professional services provider Accenture, is to hire 300 employees in five locations: Bucharest, Timisoara, Iasi, Cluj and Targu Mures. According to the managing director, the skilled pool of talent in Romania makes it an attractive destination for multinational BPO companies.
The local subsidiary will reach 3,000 employees by the end of 2016.
The company’s business profit from the last 4 years has made Romania one of the key growth pillars of the company in Europe as well as at global level.
