Description
Polish postal operator InPost has announced that it will implement a collective dismissal programme within the group affecting up to 1,257 jobs across the country. The programme will be implemented in two subsidiaries, InPost and Bezpieczny List. The programme is associated with the company’s plan to optimise the employment structure in order to adjust to market prospects. The aim of the restructuring programme is to reduce unprofitable operations in the mail segment so that the company can focus on prospective areas.
InPost has been operating in Poland since 2006.
