Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CoreHR is to recruit 300 people over the next three years, doubling its workforce in Ireland.
The new jobs are in product design and development, professional services, customer support, and sales & marketing. They will be based mainly in Kilkenny and Dublin, with some jobs in Cork, where the company has its headquarters.
CoreHR specialised in support services for human resources, such as HR software and technology, cloud-based human capital management and payroll software.
It has experienced a 30% revenue growth in the last 12 months.
The expansion is supported by Enterprise Ireland which is a government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets.
