German IT Freudenberg Company will create 180 new jobs in its new subsidiary: Freudenberg IT Kosice in Slovakia. The Company has also expanded its business to the USA, Canada, China, Mexico and Hungary. According to the Executive Vice-president for Global Operations, Mohammad Ahmmad, dozens of talented IT specialists will be hired in Kosice by the end of 2016. The Executive Director of IT Kosice Valley cluster, Kristina Kerteszova, stated that the main factors which influenced the decision to move to Kosice include the high productivity and quality of the workforce, low staff fluctuation, and experienced management. More than 10,000 new jobs have been created in IT Košice Valley over the last few years, making the valley one of the most dynamic developing IT centres in Central and Eastern Europe.
