Customer service company Sitel has announced that it is to create 400 new jobs in Coventry. The move comes less than two years after the company opened a site in the city with the creation of 350 jobs. The new jobs will be located in offices on the Earlsdon Park business site. It is understood that the new operations will be opened by the end of July 2016, following some refurbishment of the premises. It is not known when all the new job positions will be filled.
