European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Clothing manufacturer Francesca Industries is to create 450 new jobs for textile workers. Among the company's major clients are Swedish furniture manufacturer IKEA and fashion retailers H&M and Zara.
The company was founded in 1992 in Pitesti, Southern Romania. It has a total workforce of 1,500 employees and a production capacity of some 4.8mn products per year.
