Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Veeam Software, a Swiss Company specialised on Availability for the Always-On Enterpriseā¢ is going to hire 100 IT specialists in 2016 at its Bucharest centre. The company will hire approximately 250 employees in the next three years. The office in Bucharest will become one of the key centres supporting the company's global activities. Veeam will hire in areas such as finance, marketing and sales to support the company's international operations.
The Bucharest centre was open in December 2015 and the initial investment of the Swiss company is about EUR 1 million.
Veeam Software currently employs 120 people in Romania.
