Description
Romanian Bucharest Airports Company will hire 108 people in 2016. Bucharest Airports is a state company and it’s the administrator of the International Airport “Henri Coanda” and “Aurel Vlaicu” Airport. The Ministry of Transport is the main shareholder with 80% shares. The company plans to reach a total workforce of 1,516 employees in 2016.
The business expansion, combined with an increase of the workers' salaries not linked to performance, caused a debate between the Ministry and minority shareholders since it will result in a decrease of the company's gross profit.
Romanian Bucharest Airports currently employs 1,408 people in Romania.
