The company currently employs 100 people in France. The company aims to internationalise its activities, and will recruit staff in software development, project management, marketing, communication, graphic design, and motion design. The positions will mainly be in Rennes and Lyon. The announcement is part of an ongoing process of change within the company that includes moving to new, larger headquarters at a site near Rennes (Ile-et-Vilaine). The company has often been commended for the quality of its innovations and creativity of its teams. The learning tools that it has developed are used by over a million people worldwide, particularly in large international groups such as Schneider, L'Oreal, Nespresso, Accenture and Sanofi.
