Italian bank Cariparma announced its 2016-2019 industrial plan, that entails a net headcount increase of 200 people. The employment increase is the result of 600 new hirings and about 400 incentivised early retirements.
Cariparma has been part of the French group Credit Agricole since 2007. The management announced that the new industrial plan is very important because it invests on human resources and young workers in times of severe crisis for the banking sector.
Unions expressed satisfaction with the plan and praised the commitment to give access to managerial positions to women as announced by the bank.
