The redundancies are due to Tuko loosing its largest client, Suomen Lähikauppa, to competing company Kesko. Plans are to cut 80 clerical jobs and 160 warehouse jobs. The CEO has stated that the company intends to seek out contracts with new clients to replace Suomen Lähikauppa. If Tuko Logistics can attract a new large client the estimated redundancies might be revised.
