Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Internet of things (IoT) company Kellton Tech Solutions is to establish it's EMEA in Drogheda, Co Louth, creating 100 new jobs in the process. The company specialise in services around social, mobile and cloud media. The site in Louth will include the R&D facility and work towards the localisation for KLGAMETM, the company's flagship product, which uses the IoT, wearables and smartphones, and turns them into applications for business. Kellton's expansion is supported by IDA Ireland.
The company has its headquarters in India and provides services to a wide range of companies across three continents.
