Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Atos, a provider of digital services, is to hire about 150 workers in Italy by the end of 2016. The new hirings are primarily aimed at graduates and will occur also in collaboration with universities.
The multinational company develops and manages apps, electronic infrastructures, data and cyber security programs. In Italy, Atos has operations in Milan, Naples, Brescia and it recently opened new offices in Rome. It has clients such as Eni Telecom, Sky, the Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
