Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Accounting and consulting services company Deloitte has announced that it will create more jobs than initially declared in 2015 at its new shared services centre in Rzeszów. Currently, the company plans to create 300 positions meaning that 100 additional employees will be hired. The centre is expected to be operational in June 2016. The company is looking for economists, IT, logistic and administration specialists with knowledge of foreign languages. At Deloitte new shared services centre in Rzeszów IT, accounting and administration services will be provided for 18 countries in the CEE region.
Currently, Deloitte has 9 offices across Poland (Warszawa, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Szczecin, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź and Rzeszów) and employs 1,800 specialists.
