Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Printing company Quad/Graphics has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new shared service centre in Gdańsk. The company is looking for graphic designers and IT specialist with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English. Some employees will be trained in the United States.
Quad/Graphics is a global supplier of printing services for a wide group publishers of magazines, catalogues and advertising materials. The company is headquartered in the U.S. and employs about 22,000 people in over 50 units located in North America, South America and Europe. Currently, the company has three shared service centre in Poland (Piła, Wyszków and Gdańsk) and employs 1,700 people.
