Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Japanese Company Yazaki will open a new production line in Braila factory. The company is hiring 400 people as operators, assembly line workers and wiring systems engineers, by mid-2016.
Ms. Aura Tadler, HR Manager Yazaki Braila said that: “by mid-2016 we will have 1,500 employees and our estimation is that by the end of 2016, the total number of employees will be 2000.”
Yazaki started the production in the Braila factory last year. The factory supplies car manufacturers such as BMW with wiring and other components.
Yazaki expanded its workforce in 2015 and 2014.
