Description
Faurecia Slovakia, the subsidiary of the French supplier of components for the automotive industry, will create up to 1000 new jobs in Logistic Park in Lozorno. It will be the sixth production plant of Faurecia in Slovakia, where the company has operated since 2001. In January 2016, it launched the construction of its new unit for car seats which will be supplied to Volkswagen Slovakia's plant in Bratislava. The new building will create an extra 27,000 m2 of space, of which 23,000 m2 will be warehouse and production facilities and 3,800 m2 will be office facilities. The completion of the new plant is scheduled for August 2016 and full production should commence by the beginning of 2017.
