Chinese airline Cathay Pacific Airways has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its Global Contact Centre in Kraków. The centre is expected to be operational in April 2016. The company has already started a recruitment process of customer service employees with knowledge of foreign languages. The centre will provide services to airline’s clients from all around the world, especially from Europe and Africa.
Cathay Pacific Airways is a major airline in Hong Kong, China; the company operates in 51 countries.
Update (03/08/2016): Cathay Pacific Airways has announced that it will create 150 jobs at its Global Contact Centre in Kraków (initially this number was estimated to reach 100).
