Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT outsourcing and consulting company Wipro IT Services Poland has announced that it will create 200 new jobs at its unit in Gdańsk by the end of 2016. The company has already moved into a new office in Alchemia, a new office complex in Gdańsk. The company revealed that it plans to increase of the workforce to the level of 1,000 employees in Poland by the end of 2017.
Wipro IT Services Poland is a part of the Indian IT group Wipro employing over 160,000 people worldwide. In Poland, Wipro has been operating since 2008 and it has premises across the country; the company's two IT centres are located in Warszawa and Gdańsk.
