Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Software company Luxoft Poland has announced that it will create 245 new jobs at its unit in Wrocław by the end of 2016. The restructuring programme means that current workforce will be increased by 50% in 2016. The company is looking for IT specialists, programmers, project managers and managers, technical support staff as well as business analysts. In January 2016, the firm has opened an office on three floors of the Silver Tower Center in Wroclaw.
