European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company TRW, which specialises in the manufacture of parts and accessories of motor vehicles, has announced its intention of implementing a labour force adjustment affecting 250 workers in its plat in Pamplona (Navarra). A meeting has been held on 11 February 2016 between the Ministry of Industry of Industry, the regional government of Navarra and representatives of company to discuss potential alternatives. According to the regional government, the Ministry of Industry is committed to avoid dismissals. Meanwhile, the working committee has proposed as an alternative of 130 early retirements to be implanted within five years.
