International financial service provider Arvato Financial Solutions announced that it open a new IT development centre in Tallinn, Estonia, creating up to 100 new jobs. The new centre will be opened on 11 February by the company's global executive together with the Estonian executive manager, the Estonian Minister of Entrepreneurship and the manager of Enterprise Estonia. A High level business delegation from Germany will also be present at the opening together with a representative from Tallinn University of Technology with whom the company plans to sign a cooperation agreement to provide traineeship opportunities for the students.
The aim of the new centre is to provide IT support and create new necessary systems for the company across the world. The company plans to recruit up to 100 IT specialists within three years to the centre.
Arvato Financial Solutions is an international financial service provider and part of the Bertelsmann Group. The company has more than 7,000 employees in 22 countries and it has around 10,000 clients. The company has specialised in retail and electronic business, telecommunications, insurance, banking and health care sectors. This makes the company Europe's third largest integrated financial service provider.
