American supplier of components for aircraft engines Paradigm Precision has announced that it will create 250 jobs at its new production facility in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska near Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland. The factory is expected to be operational in spring 2016 and the company has already started the recruitment process of employees for all departments. The company is especially looking for aircraft specialists. Paradigm Precision is one of the largest providers of components for aircraft engines on the world. Paradigm Precision cooperates with such companies as Rolls-Royce, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney and Snecma. The company has 12 facilities in 7 countries and employs over 1,900 people.
