German insurance company Allianz Polska has announced that it will cut between 250 and 300 jobs at its units across Poland by the end of February 2016. The company has implemented a collective dismissal programme within Allianz Polska and Allianz Polska Services. The conditions of the restructuring programme were negotiated with the local trade unions. The group will also change conditions of employment for some employees in addition to the announced redundancies. The programme aims to improve financial and organisational effectiveness of the company.
