The Dublin Airport Authority - now known as Daa - is to hire 180 new staff to meet the increasing demand for air travel
The new jobs are in security, customer service and asset management.
The number of people flying through Dublin Airport, in 2015, was 25 million, which is higher than the previous record of 23.5 million, in 2008.
Daa hired 170 extra people last year.
