Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Software company Luxoft Romania is to hire 100 IT specialists for its automotive division, which currently employs over 450 engineers. The 100 available positions are for junior and senior IT engineers. The open positions, which are expected to be filled early this year, are for Technical Lead, C++ Developers and Test Specialists.
Luxoft Holding entered the Romanian market in 2008 and it currently employs more than 1,500 employees. It provides product engineering and application development for clients in the telecom, financial and automotive sectors.
