Following a strategic review, Aga Rangemaster has announced plans to cut a total of 128 jobs from its headquarters in Leamington Spa and its manufacturing sites in Telford and Coalbrooke. The company had recently been taken over by the US-based Middleby Corporation who then initiated the review. The Leamington site will lose 33 of its 394 shop floor roles and 27 out of 174 staff roles. The GMB union is being consulted over the job losses though it is being reported that the first redundancies will take effect on 5 February.
