European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Insurance broker Towergate has announced plans to create 100 new jobs in the UK. 50 jobs will be created in 2016. The new jobs will take the UK workforce to a total of 450 employees - an increase of 12.5%. The jobs will be added to existing and new sites and comprise roles for sales leaders and sales advisors. The company underwent significant restructuring in 2014 which resulted in an overall reduction in staff levels. The announcement also suggests that the company would be looking to add further jobs in 2017.
