AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE, the largest aerospace manufacturer in the Czech Republic, plans to create 250 new jobs in 2016 at its Vodochody site, near the capital city of Prague. During 2015, the company added 180 new positions and currently employs about 2,000 people. The firm focuses its activities and products on engineering, manufacturing, sale and service of military and civil aerospace technologies. The most wanted professions include technologists, engineers and quality specialists. Aircraft mechanics and experienced painters are most the most demanded blue-collar occupations.
The company focuses on the development, production and servicing of civil and military aerospace technologies and is currently involved in the development of the L‑39NG training aircraft and produces parts for the KC‑390 military cargo aircraft.
