European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In December 2015, US Medline Company opened its new unit, the Medline Assembly Slovakia, in the reconstructed premises of the Kord Slovakia Company in Banovce nad Bebravou, creating 100 jobs in the coming months The international producer of medical devices and aids initially created 35 new jobs at the unit. In the initial stages, the Company plans to invest €1.6 million and employ up to 100 people by March - April 2016. If the business runs according to plan, the number of employees should expand to 200-300 people.
