Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Polish company Caolin has announced that it will create 250 new jobs at its Caolin Business Centre in Opoczno. Initially, the number of employees was estimated to reach 150 (as it was announced in April 2015). The company is looking for supply, transport and logistics specialists, marketing specialists, accountants, IT specialists, electricians, mechanics, warehouse staff, quality specialists and forklift operators. Caolin provides special training and workshops for employed staff . The centre is operated with a two-shift system. The centre is already operational and it provides services to interior design companies.
