European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Clinical Hospital Centre (CHC) in Split announced the creation of 176 jobs in January 2016. Some 147 nurses and medical technicians and 29 laboratory technicians will be hired. The CHC is the biggest hospital centre in Dalmatia, and employs approximately 3,200 employees.
The Split branch of the Croatian trade union of nurses and technicians welcomes the employment of new personnel as this has been a goal of the union. They underlined that new hires will help to relieve the heavy workload of current employees.
