Ethics in the digital workplace

Extended service for the nuclear power plants Doel 1 and Doel 2 will generate 139 extra new jobs on the Doel site. Candidates with a technical profile are sought.
The extension of the nuclear facility has led to many protests. In 2003 the liberal-green government made a decision to close all nuclear power stations in Belgium by 2015. Several opponents of nuclear power have indicated that the importance of the plants Doel 1 and Doel 2 in terms of energy supply is overestimated. There are aslo safety concerns; Doel 1 and Doel 2 went into operation in 1975 and are located close to Antwerp city. Another concern is that extending existing nuclear facilities may decrease the (financial) incentives for investments in renewable energy.
