Description
In early 2016, Bpost, a Belgian public mail company, will launch two internal restructuring plans titled Alpha and MSO. In the third quarter of 2015, the company recorded a EUR 54mn (USD 58.01mn) provision in anticipation of the costs associated with the Alpha plan. As part of the plan, 322 jobs will be cut. Some of the employee departures will be implemented through an early retirement scheme (minimum age eligible: 59.5 years old).
