GE Healthcare, a medical image media manufacturing company based in Cork, is to hire 140 employees, as part of a $40m investment.
The company set up its manufacturing facility in Carrigtwohill, Cork in 1992 and currently employs 500 people there. The new investment is expected to double the plant's output
The job expansion is supported by the Government through IDA Ireland.
