European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Commerz Systems, a newly established subsidiary of the German Commerzbank, is to create 100 new jobs at an IT services centre for Commerzbank's worldwide activities in the Czech capital. Prague should thus become Commerzbank's global IT hub, increasing the current number of 150 employees - moved from Commerzbank to Commerz Systems - by 100 new employees in the near future. The IT hub will provide development of new banking applications, and testing and running of complex banking user programmes.
Commerzbank has been operating in the Czech retail financial services market since 1992.
