Description
Finnish cement producer, Rudus, is starting employer-employee negotiations concerning around 530 employees in Finland. Up to 195 people may be made redundant or offered reduced working hours. Pension arrangements may also be possible. The need for reduction is due to slow demand in the construction market that is showing no signs of improvement. Rudus is planning to reorganise its operations. Rudus is part of the Irish CRH group.
