Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Azura Poland has announced that will create up to 300 jobs at its factory in Łódź. The company has signed a contract with Airbus and STELIA Aerospace for the serial production of A350 sheet metal parts. The recruitment for the first workplaces in support and production is planned to start in the upcoming weeks. New recruits will be sent to ESM in France for intensive training on the production and assembly of the A350 parts. The production is expected to be launched at the beginning of 2016. Azura Poland is owned by Nimrod Group.
