European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sparco, an Italian company specialised in the production and distribution of technical apparel and automotive components, announced the hiring of 150 workers in its plants of Volpiano and Lenì nearby Turin. The company has recently started an investment plan aimed at increasing the production of automotive carbon fiber components. The investment is part of a wider diversification process that has allowed the company to overcome the crisis increasing its range of national and international clients.
