Description
Czech bank mBank, a subsidiary of the Polish bank mBank, is to increase the number of consultants by up to 25% from the current 1,200 to about 1,500 within the next three years. The company is trying to enter the brick-and-mortar bank branches market by setting up a strategic partnership with the financial consultancy Broker Consulting. mBank is planning to establish up to 70 franchise-style business places called BrokerPoint in the Czech Republic by the end of 2017. The first BrokerPoint will open in Prague in 2015, while around 20 more will be open in 2016, primarily in smaller towns.
