Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
US-based Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a human resources management and outsourcing service provider, announced the creation of over 400 jobs in the next three years at the Bucharest centre, which became operational at the end of 2014.
Update, 30/06/2015: According to media sources, Automatic Data Processing (ADP) has already hired 130 people and another 120 jobs will be created over the coming months. The total workforce will reach 250 by the end of 2015.
