Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
KIRCHHOFF Automotive Poland has announced that will create 100 jobs at its new production plant located in Gniezno. This will be the fourth facility of KIRCHHOFF in Poland, which is expected to be operational at the beginning of 2016. The first stage of this investment will cost EUR 15,000. New contracts with European customers might bring future company investments in Poland.
KIRCHHOFF Automotive is the producer of metal and hybrid structures for automotive industry of German origin. The company has been operating in Poland since 1999 and has three plants (one in Gliwice and two in Mielec) employing almost 1,500 people. Polish units manufacture mainly for General Motors and Ford.
