Description
Dutch truck manufacturer DAF has announced that it is seeking 400 new employees at its plants in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and Westerlo, Belgium. This reflects a planned increase in production to 200 trucks per day from 1 September 2015, up from 174 currently. The jobs will initially be temporary.
The job increases follow an expansion of the workforce at the two plants by a total of 400 earlier this year, in response to increases in production to 156 and then 174 trucks per day.
DAF currently has 9,420 employees.
