Description

Kaunas city municipality intends to dismiss 156 employees at the beginning of December 2015. This decision was taken at a Council meeting on 9 June 2015.  According to the new mayor of Kaunas, the dismissals are motivated by an attempt to eliminate the duplication of functions and save around 3 million EUR of budget funds.
