Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Norwegian capital company Kitron engaged in electronic manufacturing services, opened a new engineering services centre and created 60 new jobs in Kaunas on 27 May 2015. The centre will produce high quality electronic boards, modules, and control units for the Kitron’s customers in the telecommunications, military and other industries. The Kitron group has electronic equipment plants in China, Germany, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and the USA. Currently Kitron in Lithuania employs around 430 employees.
