Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The car manufacturer Renault has announced that it will recruit 104 employees in its site at Flins (Yvelines) from June 2015 on permanent employment contracts. The site needs skilled-production workers, technicians and managers. The site manager explained that the market is better than expected and that the site has to prepare for the arrival of the new Nissan Micra car production by 2016. The CEO of Renault announced in February that the group will recruit 1,000 employees in France in 2015.
